CURRENT STATUS: ALL FACILITIES OPEN (04 May, 2024)

Hope you and your family are keeping well and safe.
Zimantra has always prioritized the health and safety of our members and associates. While our standards for cleanliness have always been high, the COVID-19 pandemic requires us to take this to an even higher standard at this time – “ZStandard” of Health, Safety and Cleanliness.
We have engaged in meaningful conversations with many government stakeholders to develop the “ZStandard” and to ensure that the approach we are taking is aligned with recommendations provided by the public health experts. Additionally, our dedicated team has been hard at work consulting experts in infection prevention, and cleaning and sanitization, to create a reopening plan that is caring, informed, comprehensive and consistent.
With the newly implemented “ZStandard” and changes to the venue, we have been granted clearance to reopen our facilities by the Public Health Inspector (Battaramulla - MOH).
On that note we are happy to announce to you, our loyal members that we plan to reopen our facilities from Monday, 8th of June 2020. As you may remember we temporarily closed our facilities due to the COVID19 outbreak on 18th of March 2020 and we were closed for a total of 83 days. Therefore, we have decided to extend all our members expiry dates by 90 days in an effort to allow you more time to adjust and reconnect with the “New Normal”.
Our goal will always be to meet, or exceed, the new health and safety parameters laid out by the Health Authorities and the Government. Our new health and safety standards will be updated regularly. It is important to recognize that public health information and orders can change quickly. We will be doing everything we can to update our Standards and social media (Instagram and Facebook) as quickly as possible in response to these changes.
We’re in this together, and we need to work together to keep everyone healthy and safe. By taking care of those around us, we are also taking care of our community, and ultimately our country.

Dear Zimantra Family,
Ever since we first opened, it was apparent that the community was going to be the driving force in making Zimantra successful. Therefore, it is our responsibility to ensure their health and wellbeing before every business decision we make. So, we will be temporarily closing all our facilities on Tuesday, 17th March 2020 until further notice.
We truly know how much a part of your life fitness and wellness is and having this taken away suddenly will be hugely upsetting. But we will get through this, like every champion that gets knocked down we will get back up, dust ourselves down and get moving again.
Until such time, take care everyone. We wish the best of health to you and all of your friends and loved ones. We look forward to welcoming you all back into Zimantra as soon as we are able. Thank you for your ongoing support - it means a lot to us.

What will happen with my membership during the closure?
For as long as the facility remains closed due to the Quarantine Curfew or the instructions issued by the Government Authorities, there will be a FREEZE implemented on all memberships. The time lost due to such a period will be credited back to the end of your membership.
How long will Zimantra be closed for?
We will be following the Government’s recommendation on when it is safe to reopen as and when the virus is under control. We will of course be updating you regularly through social channels.
